The dashboard is an easy way to stay connected and find everything you need in one organized place. The dashboard is where you will come each morning to access the Conference Room, and it is your go-to resource for updates, information, and technical support over the next 3 days.

YOUR DIGITAL EXPERIENCE AGENDA
The schedule below can help you protect and preserve your time (just remember, we reserve the right to make minor modifications to best serve you). Note that all times are in Central Standard Time.

Wednesday, November 2nd and Thursday, November 3rd 
- Zoom opens – 8:30 a.m. | Event 9 am – 4:30 p.m. CST

Friday, November 4th 

– Zoom opens – 8:30 a.m. | Event 9 am - 12:30 p.m. CST

Given this start time, we will have a lunch break each day, so plan to have water, coffee, and snacks on hand.

​

TO BE EARLY IS TO BE ON TIME

Each day, we encourage you to arrive at 8:30 am CST for virtual “door opening”! Please use this time to go into breakout rooms and get to know fellow attendees. We have entertainment starting at 8:55 a.m. each day so be in position and ready to enjoy. 

​

HELP DESK/SUPPORT
The Viral Networking Conference Team will be available during all regularly scheduled sessions through our Help Desk. Should you experience any technical difficulties, have questions about your current programs or new programs, have general questions of any kind, or need any support, call or text Morgan at 832.563.2857

​

WEBCAM ETIQUETTE
With most virtual events, video is one-way. This makes it more difficult for the host and attendees to be engaged and feel connected.


We ask that you enable your webcam throughout the event, as Toni, the speakers, and their team, as well as your fellow attendees, can see you and feel your energy, making these 3 days one of the most fun and valuable experiences you will ever be a part of.

RENAME YOURSELF

We ask that you rename yourself with your first name, what you do, and where you are from. For example, Toni – Marketing Coach – Houston, TX

​

HELPFUL HINT: Be aware of your surroundings. If you need a restroom break, be sure to turn off your webcam if you take your device with you. Also, pay attention to what is in your background and in view of your webcam.

​

BEING PRESENT/PLAYING FULL OUT
Being present is the best gift you can give yourself! Resist the urge to take excessive notes vs. listening and capturing DRASTIC ideas and concepts. Place your phone on DO NOT DISTURB and turn off your email, and/or text notifications to minimize distractions. Make plans in advance to support your family with their meals and activities so you can be dialed in.

​

Additionally, quite frequently throughout the 3 days of the conference, Toni will place you into “breakout rooms” with your fellow attendees. These breakouts are essential activities in the conference! PLEASE PARTICIPATE. Do not use these breakouts to run errands or check your phone. The fellow attendees are in your breakout to support you and your vision and you support theirs. The goal is for everyone to connect, schedule “dates” on the spot so that you leave with relationships.

  • Listen to your body

  • Get plenty of sleep

  • Eat healthly

  • Stay hydrated & caffeinated

  • Plan your meals in advance

  • Have snacks on hand

STAY ON SCHEDULE
This is a live hybrid event. Recordings are only available to VIP registrants. Please block out all of the event times on your calendar and make a commitment to attend all of the sessions. Recordings may be offered for sale at the end of the event, but we haven’t decided yet.

​

CLARITY
Less clutter, more clarity. Toni and the speakers believe that less clutter makes it easier for you to learn. Keep your workspace tidy and comfortable, and ideally free of distractions and away from the “high traffic areas” of your home.

​

Remember, the key to success is to Show Up, Be Up, Follow Up to Blow Up! Play full out and it will change your business and ultimately your life!
